Employee Referral Program
The Interpro Employee Referral Program has been one of our effective programs to ensure the addition of quality individuals to Interpro. This program has been revised. Employees who refer a candidate who is subsequently hired by Interpro are eligible to receive a referral fee.
This fee is $1000, payable in two installments. The first installment of $500 will be paid after the candidate has completed 6 months in the company, and the second installment after he/she has completed 12 months in the company. It is required that the person receiving the referral fee is an active Interpro employee when the payments are made.
Employees will receive advance notification of any Referral Fee program changes.
